Industry-academia collaboration
Chemsys puts great emphasis on developing human resources in collaboration with industry. On a basis of our original educational program generated from industry-academia collaboration, we demonstrate our vision for real problem solving through knowledge and systematic thinking acquired in undergraduate, to nurture human resources who can contribute to society.
Lectures and experiments are devised to incorporate the problems actually occurring at the site of manufacturing, for more practical learning. Also, at the third year of undergraduate, we conduct a professional factory visit, so that students can understand how the theory learned in class is of help on the job.
In addition, at graduate school, we actively introduce the educational programs that provide practical experience at domestic and overseas companies. You can learn what you need to use your expertise with a broad perspective in the real world.

Regardless of domestic and overseas, industry-academia collaboration in aspects of research is very active. Our laboratories conduct various contracted research and collaborative research to share and resolve issues with specific companies. Many students are actively engaged in these research projects.
