Notification on the admission examination for FY2020 Program
To enroll in the graduate school of Engineering, applicants should complete the Entrance Application Form via admission application form creator posted to the website of Application Guideline for the Admission Examination, Graduate School of Engineering. Additionally, Questionnaire Sheet that is enclosed in the Guide to Entrance Examination of Department of Chemical System Engineering needs to be submitted together with the Entrance Application Form. The Questionnaire Sheet can also be downloaded from the below link.

FY2020 Program Test schedule
The examination room and the waiting room for the oral examination are set and are indicated below. The examination room may be changed after this notification. Confirm the location of the examination room by yourself through the chemical system engineering homepage before the examination day.

※Instructions on the oral examination:
- Prepare a presentation file (equal to 5 pages) to explain your undergraduate research and graduate research you wish to pursue. (For universities that do not have an undergraduate research program, you may present on a topic you have done in your curriculum.) This presentation should be given on the date of the examination (August 26th).
- Photocopies of the presentation are not necessary.
- The presentation should take no more than 4 minutes. It will be followed by a 5 minute comprehensive question-and answer session.
- A Windows PC will be prepared for your presentation with the specifications below. Check the compatibility with the formats beforehand.
- Presentation software: Microsoft Office 2016 Power Point, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
- Interface: USB 3.0.
- Notices: You cannot access to the internet. Audio resources are not provided. You can use movies under your own responsibility. We do not provide an opportunity for preview.
- Examinees should arrive at the waiting room 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the oral examination.
- An applicant who is late for the beginning of the examination is rejected.
- Refer to the instruction map about the location of the waiting room.
- Go to the examination room according to the indication of the instructors at the waiting room.
- You may have to wait until about 18:00.
- You are not allowed to leave the waiting room without permission. It is also forbidden to use any electronic devices including your cell-phone and PC. Reading (except electronic books etc.) is allowed.
- Please go home directly when your oral examination ends.
- File Name should be your “Examinee Number”.

※Instructions on the oral examination:
- Stand by at the entrance of the examination room 10 minutes before the examination time.
- The oral examination will consist of a 10 minute presentation on the applicant's research to date and future research plans, followed by a 10 minute question-and-answer session and a comprehensive examination.
- Prepare presentation slides in your PC. A projector will be available in the examination room.
- Connection to the projector: VGA (mini D-sub 15 pin)

- An applicant who is late for the beginning of the examination is rejected.
